1. Read!

3. Do Things That Make You Happy

Your happiness matters. One key factor of self-care is making sure that you enjoy every second of it. What makes you happy? Is it baking, painting, karaoke or hiking? It may even be splurging a little and buying something new – we know just the place! Indulge yourself in activities that make you feel on top of the world while trying to conquer the world! You can do this individually or with your significant other and/or friends. Make quality time for you!
